Blade Arrangement
Single or dual blade where the cleaning duty requires it.
Primary belt cleaners manufactured for carryback removal at the head pulley and conveyor discharge section.

Primary belt cleaners are installed around the conveyor head pulley at the discharge section. The blade removes material remaining on the belt working surface after discharge and directs the removed carryback toward the head chute before the belt enters the return run.
A selected tensioning arrangement maintains controlled blade contact with the belt surface. Blade material, single or dual blade configuration, working width and mounting geometry are reviewed against the conveyed material, carryback condition, belt width, operating environment, head-pulley layout and available installation space.
Configuration values are confirmed against the conveyor discharge arrangement.
The cleaner is installed around the head pulley at the discharge section. Its blade contacts the belt working surface after material discharge and before the return run, directing removed carryback toward the head chute.
Single or dual blade where the cleaning duty requires it.
Selected for the conveyed material, belt surface and operating duty.
Matched to the cleaner assembly and required blade contact.
Configured around the head pulley and discharge chute interface.
Send the available operating data and an installation drawing or clear head-pulley photographs. Missing inputs can be confirmed during review.

Yes. The working width, mounting span, bracket position and tensioning arrangement can be reviewed from the existing pulley, chute and structure dimensions.
Yes. Blade material and single or dual blade arrangement are selected according to the conveyed material, belt surface, carryback condition and operating duty.
Share the belt, material, head-pulley and mounting information already available. Drawings and site photographs help confirm the installation interface.
