Junxin supplies conveyor belt tracking systems that respond to lateral belt movement and support controlled correction within the conveyor layout. Available configurations include hydraulic tracking assemblies with guide rollers and hydraulic actuation, and mechanical assemblies with a pivoting self-aligning frame.
We select the arrangement from the observed deviation pattern, carrying or return position, belt direction and speed, trough geometry, existing roller dimensions and available mounting space.
